SHIPPING
All prices on the website do not include a delivery charge.
Shipping is calculated at the checkout and cost is calculated on weight and your location.
All deliveries are sent with courier service accordingly to your countrys availability.
Which courier company depends on your location and size of the item.
All products approximate dimensions are stated online. If you need more precise measurements or more information on the condition of the item, contact us before making a purchase.

RETURNS
We offer a full return or exchange on all purchases within 14 days. All delivery costs of the return is at the buyers expense. Out for Lunch does not stand for the return or exchange delivery cost or any lost/broken items.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Preferably use a trackable shipping service with shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
To start a return you have to mail us at contact@outforlunch.studio before you send the product back.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it.
If the item arrives damaged to you, pls photograph and email us within 48hrs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
